What counts as a "candidate scored"?

Every time our AI analyzes and scores a candidate's resume against your job requirements, that counts as one candidate scored. This includes resume parsing, skill extraction, and match scoring. Viewing the same candidate multiple times doesn't count again.

What happens if I hit my monthly limits?

We'll notify you when you're approaching your limits (at 75% and 90%). If you exceed them, you can upgrade to the next tier instantly, or your AI features will pause until the next billing cycle. Your ATS features (tracking candidates, sending emails, etc.) always remain active.

What's included in fraud detection?

Basic fraud detection (Growth) includes multi-face detection (detecting if someone else is in frame), screen monitoring, and browser focus tracking. Full fraud detection (Pro) adds audio deepfake detection, lip-sync analysis to detect pre-recorded answers, voice impersonation detection, and AI-generated response detection.

Do you offer discounts for startups or nonprofits?

Yes! We offer special pricing for early-stage startups (pre-Series A), educational institutions, and registered nonprofits. Contact our team at sales@hellorecruiter.com with proof of status to learn more.

Yes! Upgrade anytime and the new limits take effect immediately. We'll prorate the charge for the remainder of your billing period. For downgrades, changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Train an agent on your engineering culture, another on sales methodologies, etc. Each agent has its own personality, question bank, and evaluation criteria.
