Sub-Processors
All Sub-Processors are located in the United States. Where we process the personal data of individuals in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, those transfers are protected by the Standard Contractual Clauses, as described in our Data Processing Agreement.

A Note on Integrations
When a customer connects the Platform to a third-party system it controls — for example, its applicant tracking system (Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, ZipRecruiter, Bullhorn) — that system is the customer’s own vendor, not a Sub-Processor of Hello Recruiter. Only evaluation outputs (scorecards and reports) are sent through those integrations; no interview recordings, audio, video, or biometric data is transmitted.
Changes to This List
We may update our Sub-Processors from time to time. In accordance with our Data Processing Agreement, we provide customers with at least fourteen (14) days’ notice before adding or replacing a Sub-Processor, during which a customer may object on reasonable data-protection grounds.
