When a customer connects the Platform to a third-party system it controls — for example, its applicant tracking system (Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, ZipRecruiter, Bullhorn) — that system is the customer's own vendor, not a Sub-Processor of Hello Recruiter. Only evaluation outputs (scorecards and reports) are sent through those integrations; no interview recordings, audio, video, or biometric data is transmitted.
